Overview

Wardis is a self-hosted product. When you run Wardis on your own infrastructure, all data — including API requests, token counts, cost calculations, user accounts, and audit logs — stays on your servers. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data.

Self-hosted installations

Wardis does not phone home. There are no analytics, telemetry, or tracking built into the software. Your LLM requests, provider API keys, usage data, and organizational information never leave your infrastructure.

This website

This website (wardis.dev) is a static site. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. No personal data is collected when you browse this site.

If you contact us via email, we retain your message and email address for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not share this information with third parties.

License validation

Pro and Enterprise licenses may include a license key that is validated locally. License validation does not transmit usage data, organizational data, or any personally identifiable information. The only data exchanged is the license key itself to confirm its validity.

Third-party services

Wardis proxies requests to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) on your behalf. These providers have their own privacy policies. Wardis does not modify, store, or inspect the content of your prompts or completions beyond what is necessary for token counting and cost calculation.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
